Looking for another housemate to live with 3 other girl medics this year (two 3rd years and a 4th year) as I am intercalating next year so unfortunately wont be moving in. It's a gorgeous house at the top of Smithdown near penny lane, so really close to the nice area of Allerton as well as having good access to all the bus routes into town. It's a double room with all the usual stuff included and more, it's £52 per wk, (£208 per month) and everyone in the house is lovely.

Hi Guys,

Looking for another housemate for next yr, contract starting 1st sept. There's 2 med students (3rd yr if we pass these exams!) me (Hayley) & Harry, and a real estate student - Phil. The house is in Kensington, Adelaide Rd and is really nice, and not typical of the usual student standard. Its £57p/w with wireless net, virgin TV, and water. Room has a double bed, built in wardrobes and a desk for all that hard work!! We're a sociable bunch and like the odd drink down the local, but also do our work. I'm hoping for another female (so Ii'm not outnumbered by men) but anyone is welcome!
