"Do you need to rent a room from January 2010?

Room available from January 2010 in a 4 bedroom house off Penny Lane, sharing with 3 very friendly 5th year medic girls (and a cat!)

· £52 per week (+ water and electricity)

· Spacious room with a double bed, lots of storage space, lock on the door

· House and housemates are clean, bathroom very recently renovated (lovely power shower), with good security in a nice area close to loads of amenities (Allerton with all the shops, Tesco Express etc.)

· A great location for students that don’t want to live right in the student ghetto and who don’t want to have a dodgy landlady! I’m only leaving as have a new job in the Lake District.
